Custom Dresses & Ordering

Are all your dresses custom?

Yes! All Empire Rose dresses are made-to-order. You browse our collection, select your style, then customize options. Consequently, we create your dress specifically for you.


What can I customize?

You can customize size, color, and back closure. Size options include USA 2-26W or custom measurements. Therefore, each dress is personalized to your specifications.

How long does production take?

Production takes 4-6 weeks from order confirmation. This is an estimate and your dress may arrive earlier. Shipping adds 3-14 days depending on location.

Can I cancel my order?

No. Production begins immediately after order confirmation. All sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled once started.

Do you guarantee delivery by a specific date?

No. We provide estimated timelines but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. If you need your dress for an event, contact us before ordering.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer USA standard sizes 2-16 and plus sizes 14W-26W. Additionally, you can provide custom measurements at no extra cost for perfect fit.

How do I know my size?

Check our Size Guide page for detailed measurements. If between sizes, we recommend sizing up. For accurate fit, provide custom measurements instead.

How do I provide custom measurements?

Select Custom Size at checkout. We'll email instructions for measuring bust, waist, hips, hollow to floor, and height. Contact hello@empirerose.shop for help.

What if I order the wrong size?

We cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. Please review our size chart carefully before ordering. Contact us with questions first.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All Empire Rose dresses include free shipping to US, UK, France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and UAE. No additional charges at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship to United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Saudi Arabia, and UAE. We do not currently ship outside these countries.

How long does shipping take?

After production, shipping takes UK 3-5 days, USA 5-10 days, France/Germany 5-7 days, Saudi/UAE 7-14 days. These are estimates only.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes! You'll receive tracking information via email once your dress ships. You can monitor delivery progress with this number.

What about customs and duties?

For international orders, you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes. These fees are not included in your order price.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my dress?

No. All sales are final. We only accept returns for manufacturing defects caused by Empire Rose like faulty stitching or fabric defects.

What is NOT considered a defect?

Color variation from photos, dress doesn't fit, fabric feels different, minor loose threads, or wrinkles from shipping are not defects.

How do I report a defect?

Contact us within 48 hours at hello@empirerose.shop with order number, photos, and description. We review and approve genuine defects only.

Can I exchange my dress?

No. We do not offer exchanges. All sales are final.

Colors & Fabrics

Will the color match photos exactly?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. We photograph accurately but monitor differences are normal. Color variation is not a defect.

What fabrics do you use?

We use premium fabrics including satin, chiffon, velvet, and quality blends. All fabrics are opaque with no see-through materials.
