Every pre-customised dress allows you to select from these options:
- Size: Choose from UK standard sizes 6-30, or provide your custom measurements for a made-to-measure fit at no additional cost
- Colour: Select from our curated colour palette (typically 4-6 colours per style, shown on each product page)
- Back Closure: Choose between lace-up or zipper closure for your comfort and preference

Custom Measurements (No Extra Cost):
For the most accurate fit, provide your measurements at checkout. We'll need:

Return Policy for Made-to-Order Items
Important: Pre-customised dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged without reason.
Because each dress is made specifically to your chosen specifications (size, colour, closure), we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or colour preference.
We Will Accept Returns For:

- Damage during shipping
- Significant colour variation from product images
- Incorrect specifications (our error)
